| The Unalaska/Port of Dutch Harbor CVB (UPDHCVB) will not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by strikes, labor disputes, government actions, weather or any other causes beyond the control of UPDHCVB. Should scheduled transportation service between Unalaska, Anchorage and Homer or Kodiak be cancelled, UPDHCVB shall not be obligated to provide transportation at the discount included in this package rate. |
